MINDFULNESS INCURSION

Our Kids Meditate Incursion is all about simple ways to calm the body.

This has the best of our resilience and mindfulness incursion with a good dose of meditation to conclude the session. We see how easy it is to switch the body into calm using the five senses, followed by blissful relaxation. Students discover the simple and powerful techniques to use the breath and movement to meditate

Student outcomes:

  • Explore how movement can calm the brain and body

  • Experiment with their own breath to calm the body and regulate their emotions

  • Discover that 3 deep breaths is fundamental in calming the brain and body.

  • Use engaging, tactile props to support their learning

Class information:

‘Kinder Kids’ Meditate incursions are 30 minute sessions
Max. 30 students per session (classroom cohort with teacher)
$195 per session ($8 approx per student)

We come directly into each classroom to operate the sessions or we can set up in a break out space for rotating classrooms attending sessions
